Quick Start

Calculator

This application is a tool for the prediction of all possible modifications of a peptidic fragment by entering the initial peptide sequence and the target mass of the modified peptide. Various options are available in order to customize the variables of the calculation.
The masses for the application are from the ExPASy - FindMod tool and are expressed in the Atomic Mass Unit (u).
